7-day return window

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items

• Customized or personalized items
• Books that have been opened or shows signs of reading
• Credit card skins that have been applied
• Items marked "final sale" at checkout

How to start a return

Email hello@tradify.pk with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free for size or color swaps within the 7-day window. Shipping on exchanges is on us.
