Shipping policy.

Domestic (Pakistan)

Free shipping on orders over Rs.2500. Standard delivery: 2–4 business days. Karachi and Lahore orders typically arrive within 24–48 hours. Cash on delivery is available nationwide.

International

We ship to 30+ countries via tracked international courier. Transit times: 7–14 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Import duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility.

Order processing

Orders placed before 4 PM PKT ship the same business day. Weekend orders ship Monday morning. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves our studio.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@tradify.pk. We will resolve every case fairly — either a replacement or a full refund.
